Insights

Essential details for your Pacific Ocean expedition.

Yes, the Pacific Ocean along the Peruvian coast is cooled by the Humboldt Current. However, there is no need to worry: we provide thick, high-quality neoprene wetsuits that insulate your body, keeping you comfortably warm during your swim with the sea lions.
Basic swimming skills are required, but you do not need to be an expert. Between the thick wetsuit and the mandatory lifejacket, floating is effortless. Our trained guides will be in the water with you the entire time to ensure a safe and relaxing experience.
Not at all. The sea lions here are very accustomed to visitors. They are naturally playful and curious, often swimming close to you like underwater puppies. To maintain their safety and yours, our rule is simple: look, enjoy, but do not reach out to touch them.
