A Profound Eco-Luxury Immersion
For discerning travelers who understand that the Amazon's true magic reveals itself to those who linger, this extended 4-day safari offers the ultimate rainforest immersion. Set on a private eco-reserve that was once a historic cacao and rubber plantation, the award-winning Inkaterra Hacienda Concepción perfectly balances rustic elegance with deep, untamed nature.
This comprehensive itinerary includes all the iconic thrills of Tambopata—paddling past giant river otters on Lake Sandoval, ascending 38 meters into the treetops on the famed Inkaterra Canopy Walkway, and searching for caimans on twilight river cruises. However, the true luxury of this 4-day retreat is the exclusive access to the reserve's specialized conservation projects. You will uncover ancestral medicinal secrets in the organic bio-orchard, explore the 30-hectare Palmetum, test your skills with indigenous catch-and-release piranha fishing on a private lagoon, and quietly observe the wildlife at an inland clay lick. All of this is complemented by exquisite à-la-carte dining and the sublime comfort of your private wooden cabaña or superior room.
